Mindfulness

January 25, 7pm-8:15pm

Zoom Audio/Video

Join us for an introduction to the nourishing impact of mindfulness practice. We will explore how and why mindfulness is a powerful tool for navigating life's challenges.

Mindfulness can help relieve stress, lower blood pressure, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep, and alleviate gastrointestinal difficulties.

The evening will include a brief review of the rationale, evidence, and mindfulness practices with the opportunity to experience and share.

There will be a Q&A segment after the presentation.
